Our website offers an online booking with available time for an appointment to meet the demands of your busy schedule. Call us today to request an appointment or book online.

Typically, the first session lasts for 1 hour. Each session after that may be 30-45 minutes. The time depends on your specific needs. The therapist will discuss this with you.

Each patient’s diagnosis is different, so your therapist will develop a plan of care that is right for you and provide the information about the number of visits at the first visit.

Please have your prescription and insurance card available when you call. 

To bring on your first visit:

• Insurance information (we will make a copy of your card).
• Download and print the patient forms, fill them out, and bring them with you or send them to enquiry@laurelphysio.com
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork and maximize your time in your evaluation.
• Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your problem areas.

The therapist will determine the conditions that are treatable by himself. If not, the patient will be referred to an appropriate healthcare provider for further assessment and treatment.
